Scope and Contents

The collection consists entirely of Harper Insider publications. The newsletter was written for faculty and staff of Harper College by the Harper College Communications Office. The content of the newsletters contain short pieces about news and events at Harper, a recurring column which profiled individual community members (“Insider’s View”), and occasional departmental profiles. Most of the publications range in length from 4-8 pages, and are printed in black and white.

Abstract

The Harper Insider was a monthly publication put out by the Harper College Communications Office for the college community of faculty and staff. The newsletter was focused on faculty, staff, and departmental news and accomplishments relating to the Harper College community. A recurring column called “An Insider’s View” featured a brief profile of a different employee every month.
