Series 7: Resource Allocation and Management Plan (RAMP), 1974-1991

This series contains RAMP reports for Harper College as well as financial statements, spreadsheets, correspondence and related materials used to prepare the report. RAMP is the principal means for public institutions to transmit planning, programmatic, and budgeting decisions to the Illinois Board of Higher Education for review and consideration.
