Series 4: Minutes, 1965-2009

This series consists of minutes of the Board of Trustee meetings regarding the operation of William Rainey Harper College. Accompanying many of the minutes are supporting documents including resolutions, financial statements, proposals, policy manuals, bid documentation, budgets, correspondence, purchase orders, and agreements. Issues addressed include staffing, facilities, administration, financing, enrollment, curriculum, scholarships, referendums, technology, and elections.
